The VA loan calculator helps veterans and active-duty service members estimate payments for a VA-guaranteed mortgage. VA loans allow 0% down with no PMI. We prefill $400,000, 0% down, 6.3% rate, and no PMI. VA funding fee may apply—it is a one-time closing cost, not included in the monthly payment. Disabled veterans may be exempt.
Property taxes and homeowners insurance are included. Add HOA dues if applicable. Extra payments and biweekly schedules work the same as on our main calculator. The amortization table shows principal and interest over the life of the loan. All math runs client-side. Install the PWA for offline use.
